Taleah Phillips
Trial Attorney
Taleah Phillips is a trial attorney with Gomez Trial Attorneys. Taleah focuses her practice on employment litigation representing employees who have been wronged by their employers. Born and raised in Canada, Taleah immigrated to the United States when she was 11. Taleah is a first-generation attorney and was the first in her family to go to college.
Taleah graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics. During her time at Pepperdine, she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority and Omicron Delta Epsilon, The International Honor Society for Economics. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Taleah moved to San Diego to attend the University of San Diego School of Law. While attending the University of San Diego School of Law, Taleah earned a “CALI Excellence for the Future Award” in Professional Responsibility.
Taleah joined Gomez Trial Attorneys as a law clerk in 2022 and quickly developed a passion for advocating for employees, helping them seek justice for emotional and financial losses. Since then, Taleah passed the bar and began working as a trial attorney.
Outside of work, Taleah enjoys surfing, running, and spending time with her two cats.
